Headquartered in Lahore, we deliver reliable Internet, MPLS, cloud, and enterprise solutions powered by Juniper, Cisco, and Huawei. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – OD to help us build a strong culture, strengthen policies, and support employee growth. 


What you’ll do:


◾Support the design and implementation of training, engagement, and development programs
◾Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
◾Partner with teams to ensure policies are understood and applied fairly
◾Contribute to performance management, succession planning, and change initiatives
◾Help drive projects that improve culture, teamwork, and organizational effectiveness


What we’re looking for:

 
◾Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
◾Previous experience in HR/OD or talent management
◾Familiarity with policy development, compliance, and HR best practices
◾Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
◾A team player with a growth mindset and the ability to influence positively
